For a restaurant, hotel or clinic, the customer decision is shaped by recent reviews on Google, Yemeksepeti or Tripadvisor. Reviews are public, the rating average directly affects search ranking, and a low-rating review left unanswered for hours costs other prospective customers.
Review management is more than "writing a reply".
