Invite teammates and limit location access

Invite your team from the owner panel and control which businesses they can access.

Team access ensures each person sees only the locations they need. This speeds up operations and reduces accidental changes in the wrong business.

The healthiest rule is least privilege: each person sees what they need, no more. The discipline pays off quietly across years.

Invite flow

Create an invite with email, name and role from the Team page. Location access can be limited to specific restaurants.

Choosing a role

  • Manager: operational management and review follow-up.
  • Staff: daily monitoring with limited actions.
  • Viewer: reporting access without changes.
  • Owner: account, billing and team ownership.

Safe usage

Revoke access immediately when someone leaves the team. Review active members and last seen data regularly.

Can one user access multiple locations?

Yes. Multiple restaurant IDs can be assigned in the locations field.

Can a Viewer reply to reviews?

No. Viewer is intended for reading reports and monitoring.
