The goal of feedback collection is not to gather unnecessary personal data, but to collect enough lawful information to improve the experience. Buaze supports consent, marketing permission and anonymous feedback separation.
Data minimization is not a limitation; it is trust-building. Less collected means less stored — and less risk.
Which data is collected when?
For low ratings, name, phone or email may be requested so the business can follow up. High-rating redirect flows usually do not need personal data.
Consent and marketing permission
- Privacy consent may be required for feedback processing.
- Marketing permission should be separate and optional.
- Consent text should be clear.
- Customers should be able to withdraw marketing permission.
Anonymous records
Feedback without email or phone can still be used for operational analysis, but should not be treated as an identified customer record.
Kontrol listesi / Checklist
- Privacy notice is visible.
- Marketing permission is a separate checkbox.
- Anonymous records do not pollute customer lists.
- Low-rating contact data is collected carefully.
- Export access is limited.
