How does ETK + IYS compliance work?

In Türkiye, sending a commercial electronic message (ETK §5) legally requires sender legal entity, contact info and unsubscribe link. IYS (Message Management System) centrally holds all consent/refusal records; sending to opt-out individuals carries an administrative fine.

Buaze provides three-layer protection: (1) Mail footer auto-includes ETK §5 required fields, (2) IYS subscription is checked before sending, (3) Buaze team manually approves every campaign — suspicious content, missing sender info or recipients without KVKK marketing consent are rejected. Audit log persists as a forensic trail.

Who approves campaigns?

The Buaze team reviews and approves every campaign send. We assess ETK §5 sender identity, IYS subscription status, brand consistency and spam risk. After approval the owner schedules and the send begins; if rejected, the reason (min 20 chars) is recorded in the audit log.

What is in the template library?

10 sectors × 3 categories × 2 languages = 60 templates. Sectors: restaurant, hotel, clinic, retail, beauty, fitness, education, legal, delivery, generic. Categories: reactivation (return-to-business for dormant customers), special offer (seasonal discount), feedback request (review prompt). All copy is reviewed by the Buaze team to be review-gating-safe and customer-agency-aware.

How do you stay compliant with ETK and IYS?

Is it integrated with the owner panel review management?

Yes. Filter incoming reviews by campaign tag after a send to analyze attribution. In the review inbox, "campaign-sourced" reviews are visible separately; which campaign produced which actual review effect shows up in the conversion-attributed report.
