Add your Google review link correctly

Use a Google Place ID or direct review URL so your public review link opens the right profile.

Updated:

Your Google link takes customers who want to post a review to the correct business profile. Broken or outdated links waste customer intent and reduce review conversion.

The right link is the goal, not the flow. It preserves the customer’s freedom to review on Google without incentives or selective steering.

Place ID or direct URL?

With a Place ID, Buaze generates the Google write-review URL. With a direct URL, Buaze redirects to the exact address you provide. Both work; testing is the important part.

Testing steps

  • Try both a high and a low rating in the QR flow.
  • Confirm the Google review link opens the correct business.
  • Test both mobile browser and Google Maps app behavior.
  • Make sure branch profiles are not mixed.

Policy note

Avoid misleading review flows, forced review text or selective pressure for positive reviews. In the Buaze flow every customer keeps the right to post wherever they want.

Kontrol listesi / Checklist

  • Google provider is enabled.
  • Place ID or URL has been tested.
  • The branch profile is correct.
  • The Google review link shows at every rating.
  • The private feedback form works.

SSS / FAQ

Where do I find the Place ID?

You can use Google’s Place ID Finder or a working review URL from your business profile. If unsure, paste the direct review URL.

What if I have multiple Google profiles?

Create each branch as a separate restaurant and add the matching Google link to each one.
