How to use platform and table parameters

Add table, platform and source parameters to QR URLs for cleaner reporting.

Updated:

Parameters let one QR system produce multiple reporting views. Buaze stores table, platform and source details on feedback records so teams can analyze operations more precisely.

Parameters look optional but reporting depth starts exactly here. Consistent parameters mean readable reports.

Basic URL structure

A typical URL looks like /r/restaurant-slug?table=12&platform=google. The table parameter identifies a physical spot, while platform controls the public review destination after a high rating.

Supported platform values

  • google: Google review link
  • yemeksepeti: Yemeksepeti restaurant page
  • getir: Getir Food page
  • trendyol_go: Trendyol GO page

Reporting impact

When parameters are used consistently, you can see which tables, service types or delivery channels generate the strongest positive or negative signals.

Kontrol listesi / Checklist

  • Parameter names are lowercase.
  • Platform values match the supported list.
  • Table identifiers are shorter than 20 characters.
  • QR history shows the correct platform.
  • CSV exports include source separation.

SSS / FAQ

What if the platform parameter is missing?

Buaze uses the first available platform after a high rating, or shows a thank-you state. Platform reporting may stay empty.

Can I use table for branch names?

Branches should usually be separate restaurants; table is better for table, area or campaign-level attribution.
